The NSS is the fiscal sponsor of the SEAC, supporting a national strategy to develop educational standards and advance the professionalization of the field.
The Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education
AASHE hosts the Sustainability Education Community of Practice, a network to evaluate and update sustainability programs using new program standards collaboratively developed in alignment with AASHE’s Sustainability Tracking and Rating System (STARS).
Weave Education
Candidates for accreditation complete their self-study in Weave Education, a specialized software that improves the process of self-evaluation and external review.
Arizona State University Collge of Global Futures Lifelong Learning
ASU hosts the Program Directors’ Cohort, a 5-week professional development course for academic directors. This standalone professional development also serves as a qualifying activity for programs to to explore and advance toward accreditation on their own timeline.
